Care erau aspira\u021biile tale la acel moment? <\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">R: Da, este singura companie. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te aspira\u021biile de atunci? La \u00eenceput, eram un t\u00e2n\u0103r dornic s\u0103 creeze, s\u0103 lase o amprent\u0103. \u00cen mod firesc, m\u0103 g\u00e2ndeam s\u0103 c\u00e2\u0219tig bani atunci c\u00e2nd am ales Facultatea de Informatic\u0103 din Baia Mare. Nu m\u0103 g\u00e2ndeam la o sum\u0103 anume sau la ceva material concret dup\u0103 care s\u0103 alerg. \u00cemi amintesc c\u0103 primul meu salariu a fost de 4 milioane de lei vechi, adic\u0103 aproximativ 400 RON ast\u0103zi, iar \u00een prima etap\u0103 p\u0103rin\u021bii m-au ajutat cu chiria, care cred c\u0103 era \u00een jur de 30 de euro.     <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"type_second weight_bold\">\u00ce: Cum era atmosfera la birou \u00een acele vremuri?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">R: Era o atmosfer\u0103 t\u00e2n\u0103r\u0103 la birou, plin\u0103 de energie proasp\u0103t\u0103 \u0219i entuziasm. \u00cen 2003, \u00eentreaga echip\u0103 era format\u0103 din aproximativ 15 persoane. Ce ne po\u021bi spune despre tinerii programatori? <\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">R: Este ceva diferit. Stilul de via\u021b\u0103 este diferit. Au prea mult interes financiar \u0219i, \u00een plus, vor s\u0103 se realizeze material \u00eenainte de a acumula experien\u021b\u0103. Au cerin\u021be ridicate at\u00e2t \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te tehnologia, c\u00e2t \u0219i confortul logistic. \u00cen final, \u0219i pe mine m\u0103 atrage tehnologia, dar dac\u0103 \u00eemi dai un ciocan \u0219i un cui, singurele unelte pe care le am la dispozi\u021bie, \u00eemi voi face treaba cu ele. Po\u021bi crea cu orice.     <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">Pentru mine, este o realizare s\u0103 lucrez \u00een aceast\u0103 companie. Mi s-a oferit posibilitatea de a c\u0103l\u0103tori \u0219i de a m\u0103 dezvolta. Programming Pool gestioneaz\u0103 opera\u021biuni pentru clien\u021bi importan\u021bi de pe pia\u021ba IT, iar eu sunt recunosc\u0103tor pentru aceast\u0103 oportunitate.  <\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"type_second weight_bold\">\u00ce: Cum te raportezi la reten\u021bia angaja\u021bilor? Reflect\u0103 aceasta o rela\u021bie excelent\u0103 \u00eentre angajat \u0219i angajator? <\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #0a0a0a;\">R: Nu \u0219tiu ce s\u0103 spun. S\u0103 contezi \u00een evolu\u021bia cuiva, a\u0219a cum \u0219i al\u021bii au contat \u00een evolu\u021bia mea. Acesta este crezul care a stat \u0219i st\u0103 la baza activit\u0103\u021bii mele \u2014 sensul muncii mele. Da, este nevoie de o rela\u021bie excelent\u0103 \u00eentre angajat \u0219i angajator pentru ca lucrurile s\u0103 func\u021bioneze.
