This is why the new Programming Pool office will be a fun and inspiring place where our engineers will work and relax during their breaks. As we already mentioned in our first blog post, a quarter of the office will be dedicated to relaxation areas with pool tables and game rooms, plenty of room for relaxation, and plenty of opportunities to socialize.

Our purpose is to help our employees build a closer relationship to the point where they look forward to getting up in the morning, are excited to start a new work day, and catch up with their friends over lunch or during the breaks. We want to keep employees happy by helping them feel they are part of the team and contributing to the company’s success. A good team spirit is bound to block negative energy and keep positive thoughts up.
